Experience with SystmOne is essential for this role, as the responsibilities are diverse and demanding, necessitating a flexible mindset, initiative, and the capacity to motivate and lead others.

This role involves travel to support clinical teams in various locations, fostering collaboration with key partner organizations, service users, caregivers, clinicians, and other professionals to deliver comprehensive services.

Our commitment is to provide 24/7 services throughout the year, which may require shift work as operationally necessary.

As part of your responsibilities, you will be expected to embody the Trust values and adhere to the NHS Constitution in all aspects of your work.
