About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthy Communities Coordinator to join our team at Places for People Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering our Healthy Communities project, working closely with our partners to improve the health and wellbeing of our communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a defined Healthy Community project/programme, ensuring it runs in line with best practice and meets mutually agreed KPIs.
  • Ensure the team fully understands the scope of the project/programme, including funding, KPIs, outputs, and outcomes, and wider impact on our communities.
  • Effectively and professionally complete any admin tasks relating to the project/programme.
  • Engage with key health and wellbeing partner groups, driving collaboration opportunities.
About You
  • Experience managing data and communicating to a range of audiences.
  • Qualifications/experience relating to the specific project/programme to be managed.
  • Passion for improving the health of the local community and awareness of local sports/health landscape.
