Dr Linea Medical is seeking a proactive, motivated and self-driven Medical Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic while providing compassionate and comprehensive care to our patients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide outstanding patient care by assisting healthcare professionals in consultations, examinations, and treatments.
- Utilize your efficient and well-organized nature to ensure the smooth flow of patients, maintaining schedules, and managing administrative tasks.
- Demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness to anticipate and address patient and physician needs promptly and effectively.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of social media marketing strategies to enhance the company's online presence and reach.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues and challenges that may arise in patient care, administrative tasks, and social media marketing efforts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to privacy regulations.
- Uphold strict infection control and safety measures to create a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in medical practices, procedures, and technologies.
- Embrace a continuous learning mindset and actively seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Criteria:

- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanour to effectively communicate and connect with patients, colleagues, and physicians.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with social media marketing and digital communication platforms, with a proven track record of successful campaigns or initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and innovative approach to overcome challenges.
- High level of professionalism, ethics, and respect for patient confidentiality.
- Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other healthcare software.
