The Pathology Clinical Delivery Group (CDG) based across both Colchester General and Ipswich Laboratory Hospital are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are professional, reliable, innovative and flexible to join our friendly team.

Training will be provided however extensive knowledge of pathology would be advantageous. A developmental role will be considered for the right applicant.

You will be based in the Blood Sciences Pathology Department at Ipswich Hospital and be required to work a variety of shifts over a 24 hour period to help support the technical staff to maintain a safe and effective service.

We are looking for a Healthcare professional who can understand the changing services of pathology and represent the new service going forward.

**You must be able to**:
1. Willingness to undertake cross training to extend skill set to deliver role with the ability to be flexible and respond to the needs of the service.
2. Good communication skills.
3. Demonstrable interpersonal skills - must be able demonstrate working as part of a team and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
4. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
5. Integrity and personal credibility putting the patient first in everything that is undertaken.
