As the Personal Assistant, you will have a crucial role in supporting senior executives and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This is a permanent position that offers an excellent opportunity for growth and professional development.
What you'll be doing:
Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
Assisting with travel arrangements, including flight bookings and hotel accommodations
Managing correspondence and ensuring timely responses to emails and letters
Carrying out research and preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials
Handling confidential information with utmost discretion
Acting as a point of contact between senior executives and internal/external stakeholders
Taking minutes during meetings and preparing accurate and concise summaries
Managing personal errands and providing general administrative support as needed
What we're looking for:
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Highly organised with excellent time management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
