Facilities Coordinator

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for providing operational support to include Mail, Couriers, Meeting Room set ups, Goods In, Records and Admin.
* Showcasing accuracy when recording any data or financial information whether electronically or by hard copy
* Responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service is demonstrated and adhered to in all dealings with clients
* To work and engage with client demonstrating a positive and professional can do attitude
* To support colleagues and work as a team in order to achieve the best results for clients
Skills & Competencies:
* Experience in Reprographics, Couriers, Mailroom, Porterage/Logistics/Goods is desired
* Reprographics and use of fiery Command Workstation with Canon or Xerox devices.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Proactive approach to work with an eye for detail
* Problem solving skills
* Positive and professional with a solution-orientated manner at all times
* Strong IT skills, competent in Microsoft office applications to intermediate level
* Flexible to change shifts at short notice
* Confident and professional approach with a can-do attitude and solution orientated
40 hour week, various shift patterns between 07:00 - 18:00 with flexibility to change shift at short notice.
