Business Development & Marketing Manager – Legal Sector
London
Up to £58,000 + Excellent Prospects
CV Screen is recruiting for a Business Development & Marketing Manager in professional services (ideally the legal sector) for an initial fixed term 12-month contract with the view to become permanent. The role is London based for a well-established Law Firm in a hybrid role where you will be required to be in the office 1 or 2 days per week and a salary of up to £58,000 is available.
ROLE DETAILS
Your role as a Business Development & Marketing Manager is pivotal to elevating the firm's profile and generating new business opportunities. You will be a key point of contact for several focussed sectors and this role will give you the opportunity to get involved with the full Business Development mix role with lots of autonomy and responsibility.
The successful candidate will need to be an energetic, driven, and focused individual with the ability
to quickly establish rapport with stakeholders and manage internal and external relationships.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
-          Manage marketing and business development plans and budgets
-          Lead regular business development meetings with the departments
-          Organize events and conferences
-          Develop bids, pitches, and marketing materials
-          Track and report business opportunities
-          Research clients, competitors, and market trends
-          Supervise and mentor a junior team member
REQUIRED SKILLS
The Business Development & Marketing Manager will have the majority of the following experience:
-          Previous experience within a Marketing and BD environment, ideally within professional services (ideally the legal sector)
-          Experience of Real Estate and/or Housing Sectors would be desirable
-          Ability to quickly establish rapport with stakeholders and manage internal and external relationships
-          Experience managing a team would be desirable
SALARY:
Basic salary up to £58,000
