About the Role

Brandon James, a leading law firm in Central London, is seeking a talented Private Client Solicitor to join their dynamic and market-leading Private Client team. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will provide innovative tax and estate planning advice to high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals, families, and business owners with complex personal and business interests across the globe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting tailored tax advice for clients, including cross-border structuring and use of double tax treaties
  • Managing the implementation of advice, liaising with overseas tax and legal counsel
  • Advising on estate administration and succession planning
  • Managing client files, providing regular updates, and handling billing
  • Drafting bespoke deeds, agreements, and Wills
  • Supporting business development and marketing initiatives
  • Supervising and mentoring junior team members
Requirements
  • 3-6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in private client law, with a focus on tax and estate planning
  • A strong understanding of UK and international tax law, particularly in relation to HNW/UHNW individuals and families
  • Experience handling estate administration, succession planning, and cross-border structuring
  • Exceptional communication and client management skills
  • The ability to draft bespoke legal documents to meet individual client needs
  • An interest in business development and marketing within the private client sector
