Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join our team at CHASE. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing our successful Wound Care & Compression product portfolio across the UK market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and revenue expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers, including Head of Services and Procurement Leads
- Provide clinical and commercial expertise to customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and market share
- Manage a portfolio of customers, including community and secondary care markets
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies
Requirements:
- Proven track record of sales success within the UK healthcare industry, ideally with experience in the Wound Care marketplace
- Strong business management skills, with the ability to manage a 'business within a business'
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in partnership with customers at all levels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
