Human Resources Business Partner

London Area, United Kingdom Bruin Full time

I am delighted to be working with an excellent Lloyd's Broker who is looking for an experienced and well-rounded Human Resources Business Partner to join the team in their London office in a permanent position.

Offering a strong package, including strong market benefits and hybrid working patterns, this organisation puts its employees first in every decision they make. You as the HR Business Partner will oversee a varied client group across multiple business units, both in London and two regional offices that will require occasional travel. You will be a true generalist in this role, overseeing everything on behalf of your SLT members. As a senior member of the HR function, a high level of knowledge and practical experience in areas such as; employee engagement, line manager development/coaching, ER, etc are essential for success in this position, plus having strong relationship-building experience and a top level of service for any employees you engage with.

Joining a well-stocked HR team, you will be reporting to the HR Director with a strong knowledge of the business who has great buy-in from the business leaders.

The client in question is looking for someone who has the ability to come into the team and make an impact straight away, ideally with experience within the Financial Services industry to arm you with the ability to understand the complex regulations that will be needed at this level of seniority in the role. You must be comfortable with the travel to sites outside of London on occasion as the business has adopted a truly available HR function that the business see as the heart of the business.
