We are on the lookout for an ambitious Supported Internship Administrator to join our all-star team at Mencap in Ealing, London. We are recruiting a Supported Internship Administrator to work in our Ealing office. You will be working 22.5 hours each week and we are fully flexible on what the working week suits you best.

What will your working day look like?
Coordinating administration duties, including ordering of office supplies, inputting learner information on to databases, processing invoices and more
Support the Programme Coordinator in adhering to deadlines for EHCP reviews
Monitor and update the team with regards to licences, training and insurance
Responding to queries from parents/carers
Responsibility for overseeing the Access to Work process

Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage your own workload
Experience of using Outlook, one drive and other basic IT tools
