Senior Fertility Nurse Responsibilities:
• Perform venepuncture and blood tests accurately.
• Address patient concerns with informed and concise responses.
• Conduct assessments and consultations as required.
• Assist in theater procedures, including egg collection and embryo transfers.
• Mentor junior staff to foster their professional growth.
• Participate in the procedure room as a scrub and circulator.
• Develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Provide coverage for staff illnesses or emergencies.
• Maintain a sterile and hygienic theater environment.
• Dispense medications accurately.
• Cultivate a welcoming and calming atmosphere for patients.
Senior Fertility Nurse Requirements:
• Relevant nursing qualification.
• Preferred: Minimum of 2 years of experience in fertility nursing.
• Satisfactory references.
