Qualifications and Experience
Essential Qualifications
Registered Nurse with relevant qualifications. Proven experience in a senior nursing role within a surgical environment. Demonstrated ability in operational and budget management. Experience in quality improvement initiatives and enhancing patient safety.Skills and Competencies
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. A supportive and empathetic approach to patient and staff interactions.Special Requirements
Willingness to travel between various sites as required. Participation in the Out of Hours Senior Nursing rota may be necessary.
