Clinical Lead Nurse Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at South Bucks Hospice. As a key member of our Clinical Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and driving our nursing service forward, ensuring the highest standards of care for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the provision of specialist palliative care nursing services, ensuring effective management and leadership of the nursing team.
- Oversee all aspects of the nursing service, including department activities and operational requirements, in line with CQC standards.
- Develop and implement high standards of audit and ethical practices with patients, in line with their care plan.
- Act in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Code of Conduct and South Bucks Hospice policies and procedures.
- Good understanding of palliative and end of life nursing care.
- Basic computer skills, including Excel and Word.
- Appropriate Nursing Qualification and minimum of two years experience within a similar position.
- Post graduate qualification in palliative care or similar desirable.
