Exciting Opportunity for a Clinical Lead Nurse

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team in a private mental health hospital in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position that offers a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of hospital strategies and clinical leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of hospital strategies and clinical leadership.
  • Deputize for the Hospital Director, overseeing clinical department performance and governance.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels, skill mix, and effective rota management.
  • Support staff development through training, supervision, and career progression.
  • Ensure high standards of care and compliance with regulations like the Mental Health Act.
  • Oversee the completion of regulatory action plans.
  • Manage incident reporting, reviews, and clinical investigations.
Requirements
  • Strong clinical experience in ED and evidence of continuing professional development.
  • Experience devising and undertaking quality improvement projects and evidence-based practice.
