I am currently working for a Supported Living Service who are recruiting for the following:
The Role:
* Based in Kings Norton
* Full time - 35 hours per week
* Offering £28,000 to £30,000 per annum
* Deliver an Allocation and Letting Service
* Deliver a Housing Management Service
* Support the Maintenance and Asset Management Service
* Deliver an Administration Service
* Work flexible hours to meet customer and business needs, which may not include normal office hours
* Travel to different properties within the defined area as and when required
* Participate in team meetings, attend regular supervisions and appraisals
* Undertake regular training and take responsibility for continuous development to enable you to deliver your role safely
The Right Candidate:
* Experience of working within housing management
* Experience of dealing with/organize property repairs and statutory compliance data
* Be a team player with a caring, empathetic, flexible and have a resilient, can-do attitude.
* Previous experience in positively resolving incidents
* Demonstrate initiative and confidence to make and act on decisions
* Competent administrative and IT skills (to be able to produce reports and other communications)
* Full Driving License and access to a car.
