- You will report to our operations director, you will consult with our legal counsel to ensure the written accuracy of instructions and guidelines / country in scope and that contracts align to the current legislation for engaging contingent workers in each country.
- You will review our countries compliance bible and cross-reference accuracy using EU labour law Journal or country labour law journal to update the compliance bible.
- You will highlight any labour law related amendments, additions or deletions and share content with our legal counsel to ensure our client and contingent worker agreements / contracts are updated to reflect the changes.
- You will support our operations director and her team with any queries that may arise during updating the labour law bible and provide clarity on what the changes mean for our clients and contingent workers.
- A knowledge of Human Resources, compliance or have a legal background.
- A certificate in Human Resources or European law (useful)
- legislation and employment or CCWP & SOW.
- European language useful.
- Knowledge of some EU labour laws would be useful.
- You will have the ability to self-manage and deal with ambiguity but be able to identify solutions.
- Can write in plain English, so that non-professionals can read and interpret what is written.
- You will possess excellent written and verbal skills.
