Salary: OTE £80k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
An independent Estate & Management company which specifically works with High-Net-Worth clients, are seeking a professional Estate Agency Sales Manager to join their team.
The perfect candidate will be one who is ambitious; with charisma and gravitas and who wants to help grow and develop an already successful premium brand.
The company sits in the luxury sector and requires a candidate who can deal with high-net-worth individuals and properties. The role will involve developing current clients’ portfolios as well as prospecting new clients.
The ideal candidates must have experience in residential sales as Sales Manager or equivalent, be a competent negotiator and have listing experience. You will have a proven track record in securing new business and dealing with premium properties at the top end of the market.
Skills: The skills required for this Estate Agency Sales Manager role will include:
Previous experience in this role or equivalent
Experience in dealing with high-net-worth individuals
Thorough understanding of the sales process
Be target driven with a proven track record of achievement
Be able to work effectively managing a team
Ability to develop and maintain relationships
Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Be polished and well presented
Have knowledge of the top end London market
