Covalent Capital is a Debt Capital Markets fintech company. We create shared systems that deliver cost, process and information efficiency to the debt markets.


Our product, OMAS is the fastest growing fintech infrastructure for the primary bond markets.


We are looking for business development talents with a keen interest in financial technology to join our expanding team. The purpose of this role is to expand product adoption, as well as spearhead the development of new institutional and corporate relationships in UK and Europe.


The Job:

  • Manage end to end new client adoptions and establish new corporate and institutional relationships across debt capital market industry in Europe.
  • Expand product and feature adoptions within primary debt markets
  • Identify product feature requests and collaborate with key stakeholders across development teams.
  • Develop cutting edge market infrastructure that will be the mainstay across debt capital markets in the subsequent decades.


The Qualities:

  • Energetic, self-motivated and team-oriented individual who thrives on challenges in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • At least 3 years of debt capital markets/fixed income sales/syndication experience within the industry. Strong relationships in European primary bond markets with Fixed Income buy-side, DCM, Syndication, Issuers and Legal counsels.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to drive and implement strategies to deliver business goals.
