* Collaborate with event organisers to determine audio-visual needs and requirements
* Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition
* Assist with the planning and execution of audio-visual setups for large-scale events
* Provide training and support to staff on the proper use of audio-visual equipment

Audio Visual Operations Manager Experience:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Audio Visual Technician
* Minimum 1 years of experience in a supervisory role
* UK based applicant with an unrestricted right to work-this role does not provide sponsorship
* Strong knowledge of audio-visual equipment, including sound systems, projectors, lighting, and video conferencing systems
* Experience working in a hospitality or event management environment is preferred
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
