IN2-AV are actively seeking Audio Visual Technicians to work on-sites across London both directly with clients and also via 3rd partiesCandidates would need to have strong all-round knowledge of audio, video and lighting systems, and be comfortable using the different interfaces.

Key ResponsibilitiesEnsuring all meeting room equipment is operational and undertaking repairs as requiredFacilitating users with computer outputs to AV equipmentSetting up video/audio conference equipment and enabling usersDesigning and implementing AV solutions for various eventsOperating equipment, such as sound desks and cameras as neededLogging all faults and changes to systems to expedite fixes in the futureOther duties as required by management Essential SkillsPrevious experience in a facilities / AV warehouse and/or previous experience as an in-house Engineer/TechnicianBroad and comprehensive knowledge of Audio and Visual equipmentMust be competent in operating a wide-range of equipment in live event scenarios, including sound desks and programmable lighting desksWindows & OSX expertise as end-users operate both systemsMust have an understanding of networks, in particular multicasts, VLANS, and iptv systemsKnowledge of a range of VC systems, i.e.

Polycom, Cisco, Clearcom, etcFlexibility a must as events are primarily evening-based and attendance is expectedPersonable and amiable natureWillingness to learnDesirable SkillsQualified Infocomm CTS accreditation or equivalentProject management experiencePrevious event experienceCAD draughtsman skillsIf this could be something of interest, please apply ASAP
