Job Role
As the School Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our school. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the school's financial resources, budgeting, and accounting
Overseeing administrative functions to ensure efficient school operations
Managing HR duties, including recruitment and staff training
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Contributing to the strategic planning and development of the school
Leading on procurement and contract management
Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to support the school's goals and objectives

Requirements
The successful School Business Manager will:
Have experience in school business management or a similar role
Possess strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial planning
Have excellent organizational and administrative skills
Demonstrate a commitment to collaborative working
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be committed to promoting effective, inclusive education and training
