About the role

DKollection is on the lookoutfor a Senior Content Manager who can elevate our brand through scrollstopping content and strategy. Were a rapidly expanding lifestyle brand dedicated to design luxury spaces holiday villas and spas and we need a selfdriven content creator to help us grow. This role oversees all content across DKollections platforms as well as the personal profiles of our CEO & @daisykalnina and @TGBSpapositioning our brand at the forefront of the industry.

With a sharp eye for visuals an ear for storytelling and a knack for strategy youll take ownership of our content strategy to drive commercial growth and engage our community. Youll work handinhand with our founder to shape DKollections voice setting goals for every platform exploring new features and creating content that sparks conversation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a forwardthinking social media strategy for DKollection across Instagram X Facebook Pinterest and TikTok.
  • Collaborate with our founder to manage her social media presencecurating content engaging with followers and supporting her brand goals.
  • Boost DKollections social media impact by growing followers increasing engagement and driving conversions.
  • Set clear measurable content goals and KPIs to keep us on track and laserfocused.
  • Support revenue growth through affiliate links partnerships and engaging content.
  • Create and schedule content for DKollection properties and spas to drive occupancy and visibility.
  • Work with the inhouse creative team to brief them on the content needed for our social strategy.
  • Keep our brand consistent and compelling across all social platforms showcasing our properties and services.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends adapting our strategy to algorithm changes and platform innovations.
  • Scout new social media features and platforms driving growth through innovation.
  • Film edit and produce highquality daily videos that engage and grow our audience.

Who You Are:

  • A storyteller with a deep understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • A handson creator who can work flexibly and respond quickly to realtime opportunities.
  • A strategic thinker whos detailoriented adaptable and proactive.
  • Experience with lifestyle luxury or travel brands is a bonus.
  • Startup/founder led company experience.
