Main Purpose of the Role:

  • Acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for the Managing Director UK & Europe’s attention
  • Compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence as directed by the Managing Director UKE
  • Carrying out background research and projects as directed by the Managing Director UKE and presenting their findings
  • Managing the Managing Director UKE’s diary and organising meetings and appointments
  • Coordinating Corporate hospitality activities, events and conferences
  • Following up and supporting the MD and wider UK SLT Team of important tasks and deadlines
  • General support for the MD UKE such as Booking and arranging travel, transport, accommodation, expenses reports etc
  • Carry out from time to time and as directed, any other reasonable duties as required in addition to the above that will be both reasonable and within your capabilities.
