Verto People is a leading recruitment agency specializing in placing top talent in various industries. We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our UK, European, and Middle East operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, overseeing regional operations, and managing a team of over 100 employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Oversee regional operations, including manufacturing, sales, purchasing, and quality control
  • Manage a team of over 100 employees, including manufacturing, sales, purchasing, and quality control teams
  • Represent the company at public events and conferences
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage regional budgets and ensure financial stability
  • Lead the EMEIA Senior Leadership Team and work collaboratively with global leaders

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership position or as an Executive Director
  • Engineering, technical, or scientific background preferred
  • Engineering, technical, or scientific degree or similar advantageous
  • Experience managing similar-sized businesses or multisite experience
  • Commercially focused with the ability to engage with customers and vendors
  • International travel with overnight stays when needed
  • Qualitative and quantitative analytical skills

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary range of £100,000 - £130,000 depending on experience
