This is a permanent role and it's a chance to join a great bunch of people as they continue on their journey of success. The salary on offer is £50,000p.a. + Bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule
* Design alterations utilising CAD
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
* Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
* Manage project resources effectively
* Liaise with clients and conduct site visits to inspect work progress and quality
* Address any issues or delays that may arise during construction
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Key Requirements:
* Previous project management experience in the construction sector
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Ability to lead, motivate and develop staff
* Sound knowledge of products and materials
* Strong IT skills (including CAD)
* Excellent negotiation skills
* Driving license
Hours of work:
7.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday
