- Full clean driving licence - travel between offices may be necessary
- Strong typing proficiency
- Strength to work under pressure
- Day-to-day running of the Managing Director’s diary, managing appointments and meeting deadlines
- Communication with clients and third parties to ensure excellent customer service is maintained
- Liaising with planning officers, consultants and contractors to drive projects forward
- Maintaining project files and managing expectations of staff as well as clients and third parties
- Other general administrative tasks
