My high-profile banking client are recruiting for Cashpro and technical service advisor and The role is a hybrid role, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, working normal office hours.
Summary:
Our Global Technology & Operations division seeks a professional CashPro & Technical Service Advisor to join their team in Bromley or Chester. Ideally you will have some client facing technical support experience, preferably gained within financial services.
As CashPro & Technical Service Advisor you will support the on-boarding of client treasury products, and interact with corporate clients providing telephone, email and live chat support throughout the EMEA region within a global Treasury Services environment. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team.
The team is made up of 14 within a wider team of 100 associates. We are spread across two sites Bromley and Chester. We are a real mix of experience, tenure, cultural backgrounds, and fantastic diversity. Ultra-supportive, social, and friendly with a true team ethic. Well thought of by our business partners in an ever changing and dynamic environment.
There is much to learn and that is supported over many months in friendly bite size modules.

Responsibilities
As CashPro & Technical Service Advisor your main responsibilities will involve:
* Providing ongoing daily support to the Bank's corporate clients together with accurate resolution and guidance on all product related issues and questions
* Ensuring the success of the client support issues assigned to the CashPro & Technical Service Advisor
* Interacting with and working alongside the sales, product, implementation, client services and operations departments to provide the client with an ever-increasing level of service.
* Broadening skills and cross training to support the Bank's online platform and provide client support on any of the Bank's electronic cash management products.
Requirements
As CashPro & Technical Service Advisor your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
Technical support experience preferably within financial services (client facing roles)
Knowledge of financial products e.g. pay roll, internet banking, direct debits, payments, receivables
Fluency in English verbally and written is required. Any European languages would be an additional benefit.
Excellent communication, time management and team work skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Demonstrate positive attitude and mind-set towards client delight and operational excellence
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
* Knowledge of the internet technologies and significant experience in an application support type of role are required
* Possess excellent oral/written communication skills
* Ability to troubleshoot browser related issues
* Possess a problem solving nature and analytical mind to perform end to end investigations
* Fluent in English with other language skills as a bonus
Effectively problem solves client inquiries and educates them on products and services. Work within a framework of standard practices, established procedures and company policies to resolve servicing and operational issues. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and within all time constraints. Demonstrates the ability to identify customer needs by reading and listening to meet customers' needs and requirements. Communicates with internal business partners to ensure a consistent client management approach.

* Knowledge/experience of CSV and/or XML file formatting
* Knowledge/experience with payment formatting support
