Aftersales Advisor

Our Client, a leading car manufacturer are currently looking for an **Aftersales Advisor** to join our business based out of our **Toyota Bromley **dealership. As a **Aftersales Advisor** you will be responsible for making a high number of quality calls to existing customers and local businesses who have diagnosed work needing to be completed on their vehicle (for example, new tyres or new brake pads).

An **Aftersales Advisor** will use excellent communication skills to customers and be sure to retain them for the future. You will need to work in your team to maximise upsell opportunities whilst amazing our customers with your level of customer service.

**To be Aftersales Advisor**
- Working closely with customers to arrange and plan out servicing and repairs on their vehicles
- Provide accurate estimates for servicing and repairs, ensuring the customer is fully aware of the likely costs and timescales involved and setting expectations accordingly
- Work with colleagues across the dealership (including parts, technicians and sales) to provide the best service
- Encourage the sale of parts, accessories and service plans whenever possible, acting on opportunities to sell additional products/services and market current promotions
- Follow key processes to achieve excellent customer service and upsell targets

**Your Skills**
- Relevant experience in making numerous calls or sales environment.
- Can demonstrate excellent levels of customer service.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Work efficiently under pressure.
- Demonstrable ability to achieve and exceed targets

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
