You are a key pillar of the management team. You embody the core values of the brand and are responsible for delivering an authentic and memorable service approach. You are responsible for creating a positive working environment and can demonstrate a clear communication style in line with the management team. You have a complete understanding of ME+EM policies, operations and best practice.n​nResponsibilities:nBe a brand representative at all times.nBe a leader to the team and represent the management team.nPrioritise and delegate daily tasks to promote smooth running.nBe acutely aware of surroundings to support safety of employees and customers.nBe responsible for managing employee absence when required.nBe confident in supporting staff wellbeing and knowing where to signpost.nTrain others in how to provide the best experience through speed and accuracy.nDisplay exemplary behavior in time keeping, shop floor etiquette and customer relations.nExpert in product availability instore and online.nBe confident in navigating the customer, suggesting alternatives or fulfilling their product requests either within another store or online.nPromote ‘one business’ mindset.nBuild organic, loyal and long-lasting relationships with customers.nCarryout personal styling sessions with confidence.nDisplay exceptional confidence with styling, outfit building and recommendations.nInfluence others with your knowledge.nOffer solutions to customer complaints or escalate if necessary to the management team.nDisplay high level of telephone etiquette when using the store phone and able to train others to the same standard.nEnsure a professional tone is used when using company email addresses.nOpen and close the store.nBe an expert in till functions and able to train others.nEmbrace change and support the roll out of new systems.nAdvice on the importance of data collection and ensuring GDPR guidelines are adhered to.nEnsure that the store environment and VM are prioritised daily.
