I am currently recruiting for a Client Services Supervisor (Corporate & Retail). This is a permanent role with one of our renowned banking clients, working out of their Central London Office. You will be responsible for leading a team and be based between branch operations as well as customer complaints.


Key skills & experience required:

  • You will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a supervisor and a background working in financial services / banking
  • You will have knowledge of KYC and AML policies as well as Customer Duty expectations
  • You will have extensive experience within customer service and complaints resolution in order to ensure the bank is maintaining the highest standards of service to all their customers
  • You will ensure that customers have access to the appropriate products, conducting research in order to do so.
  • You will effectively monitor department resource and action improvements, including supporting KPI targets
  • When needed you will deputise for the department heads
  • Proficient used of Microsoft Office, complaint management systems and core banking systems
