Job Introduction
We are looking for a Client Services Supervisor to join our team at one of Rapport’s most prestigious contracts near Canary Wharf. The client is one of the Big Four leading audit and accounting firms, and you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service for our esteemed clientele. You will lead and coach a team of service professionals, overseeing daily operations, and driving strategies to achieve maximum client satisfaction.

**_This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week, 8 hours per day), on a shift rota basis from Monday to Friday between 7 AM and 7 PM._**

**Although your primarily work location is in London, you may be required to travel to different offices nationwide. **_W_**e offer excellent benefits, such as subsidised meals, lunch allowance while on duty. If you are required to work in a different location, we will also cover your travel cost, accommodation, and dinner.**

**Main responsibilities**
- Motivating, coaching, and leading the team by example to provide exceptional client services, reservations, restaurant hosting, and administrative duties
- Ensuring all client enquiries are handled efficiently and effectively
- Proactively identifying and resolving client issues to maintain high satisfaction
- Building strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty
- Monitoring client feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery
- Working cohesively with other team members and departments to deliver exceptional service

- Ideally, have proven experience leading and motivating a team, providing constructive feedback, coaching for development, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
