About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Building Services Supervisor to join our team at Trevett Project Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of electrical bias building services projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment (QSHE): Ensure that all engineers and subcontractors adhere to our safe system of work, meeting statutory requirements and industry standards.
  2. Compliance: Verify that all work and documentation meet statutory requirements and good industry practice.
  3. Planning: Collaborate with the scheduler to build plans for the immediate future, focusing on high-profile, disruptive, high-risk, or complex tasks.
  4. Operational Management: Manage, control, and audit the performance of engineers and subcontractors, addressing any issues escalated by the contract team or client.
  5. Customer Management: Manage customer expectations for high-profile, disruptive, overdue, or complex tasks in line with our escalation policy.
  6. Team Management: Optimize team performance by communicating effectively and adhering to our guiding principles.
  7. Finance and Commercial: Understand contractual obligations and cost drivers to inform decision-making and profitable delivery.
  8. Growth and Development: Identify opportunities to expand contract scope and deliver added value to clients.
  9. Leadership: Demonstrate consistently high standards of leadership, energy, and ownership as a role model for the team.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience as a supervisor.
  2. Managing several engineers.
  3. Electrical or mechanical qualification.
  4. Approved person in one or more disciplines.
  5. Experience in developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with clients.
  6. High levels of customer service.
  7. Experience in producing cost-effective quotations for routine tasks.
