Join one of the UK’s top, independent cruise agencies as a Cruise Amendments Specialist
For this exciting opportunity, you'll need previous experience of working with cruise lines and tailor-made holidays, as you offer top customer service to customers looking to make changes to their existing cruise holidays.
Our client's ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of the cruise sector, systems and the framework that creates tailor-made holidays. Previous post cruise and tailor-made experience is essential for this position and our client is looking for candidates who have worked in the same or a similar role.
In return they can offer a basic salary up to £28,000, Mon – Fri, maximum 2 Saturdays a month, working hours from 8am – 6pm on a rota basis and excellent benefits including fam trips, a day off on your birthday and private medical health care. The role can be office based in Greater Manchester / Hybrid or Fully Homebased.

Role of Cruise Amendments Specialist:
* Post sales amendments to tailor-made cruise packages
* Cancellations and changes made by the customer and suppliers
* Schedule changes and amendments to flights, hotels, transfers and tours
* Delivering high levels of customer service
* Offering expert advice and personal recommendations
Skills required for the role:
* Previous cruise industry experience - essential
* Experience with tailor-making cruise packages - essential
* Confident and pro-active telephone manner
* Able to work well within a small team
* Excellent attention to detail
