About Our Cruise Amendments Role


Succeed Recruitment is seeking a Cruise Holidays Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our cruise department, you will be responsible for offering exceptional customer service to clients looking to make changes to their existing cruise holidays.

About the Role


This exciting opportunity offers a basic salary up to £28,000 per year, working hours from 8am – 6pm on a rota basis, maximum 2 Saturdays a month. You'll also enjoy excellent benefits, including fam trips, a day off on your birthday, and private medical healthcare.



Your Key Responsibilities


As our ideal candidate, you will have previous experience of working with cruise lines and tailor-made holidays. You must have an excellent understanding of the cruise sector, systems, and the framework that creates tailor-made holidays.

  • A confident and pro-active telephone manner
