Site relocating to Luton & Dunstable hospital late 2025
Location (2025): The L&D Hospital, Luton, LU4 0DZ
Pay: £13.80 per hour
Duration: 12 months + with a view to further extension
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift pattern: Between the hours of 4am and 4pm, Monday to Saturday

Our client, a leading organisation in the industrial and construction sector, is seeking a Production Aide to join their team at Mount Vernon Hospital in Middlesex.
As a Production Aide , you will play a vital role in supporting the production and manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for performing a range of tasks, providing essential support to the team. From handling and moving materials within our stores to assembly and disassembly work on the production line , your contributions will ensure a smooth and efficient production flow.
Requirements:
Driving licence and access to a vehicle , free onsite parking is available
Due to the physical demands of the role you will be able to lift up to 25kg
What you'll do:
Sort, handle, and move materials, components and parts within the production area.
Fill up hand stocks to keep the production line running smoothly.
Use basic hand tools to complete assembly and disassembly.
Assist machine operators in stocking or reloading the machines.
Provide other generic support activities as required within specific production operations.
Desired Experience:
Previous experience in a production, warehouse, or similar role.
Previous experience working as a part of a team
Ability to work underpressure in a fast passed environment
Keen eye for detail and experience working to fine margins
