Business Development Manager - Winter Services
Location: North England/Scotland based with regular travel across the region (during winter season) & hybrid flexible working available.

Collaborating with clients to deliver impactful winter services, while also proactively identifying and sourcing new business opportunities in the field.
Analysing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify areas for growth and improvement.
Promoting our services to existing customers as well as cross selling our other services to maximise revenue.
Participating in and contributing to the preparation of sales bids, working closely with an estimator and meteorologists to ensure accuracy and alignment with client requirements.Requirements:
Previous B2B sales experience is a must. Experience within the Construction, Landscaping or Winter Services sectors is highly advantageous but not essential.
Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a track record of effective relationship and customer management.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
Demonstrated resilience in the face of challenges, showing the ability to persevere and adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining a positive attitude and drive towards success.
