THE ROLEnThe successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our client’s automotive manufacturer dealer networks by managing service bookings and conducting post-service and sales follow up calls.

Key responsibilities include:nMaking

outbound calls

on behalf of dealerships to their customers to secure

service bookings

and

sales appointmentsnConfirming bookings with individual dealerships.nAccurately updating customer information in the

Customer Relationship Management
