Service Coordinator Responsibilities:
* Manage incoming technical enquiries from customers and allocate to engineers for resolution.
* Liaise with engineers and customers in the planning of maintenance visits.
* Maintain an up to date view showing all planned visits with priorities along with all outstanding workload for the coming weeks.
* Re-plan workloads as required to provide timely response and resolution to instrument breakdowns through organisation of engineering resource and management of purchase orders.
Service Coordinator Requirements:
* Previous resource scheduling / planning experience.
* Relevant customer service experience.
* Good geographical knowledge of the UK.
* High level of attention to detail.
* Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritise workload.
* IT literate.
Service Coordinator Benefits:
* Salary is negotiable depending on skills and experience.
* Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.
* 25 days holiday rising with service to 28 days + bank holidays.
