We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic and driven Account Manager/Delivery Consultant to join our team.


Role Overview:

The Account Manager/Delivery Consultant will play a crucial role in managing client relationships with approximately 7-10 accounts and delivering top-tier recruitment services. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, sourcing and managing candidates, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, particularly within the IT or scientific sectors, with excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as the main point of contact.
  • Understand client requirements, including company culture, job specifications, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the recruitment process and candidate status.

Recruitment & Delivery:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist high-quality candidates for IT and scientific roles.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to match candidates to client needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract top talent.

Business Development:

  • Identify opportunities for expanding services within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support the acquisition of new clients.
  • Attend industry events and network to build relationships with potential clients and candidates.

Market Insight & Strategy:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and technological advancements in IT and scientific sectors.
  • Provide clients with insights and advice on hiring strategies and market conditions.

Reporting & Administration:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and candidate interactions using the company’s CRM system.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities, client satisfaction, and KPIs.


Key Skills & Qualifications:


Experience:

  • Previous experience within a delivery and/or account management role, ideally within IT or scientific sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering recruitment services.

Knowledge & Expertise:

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and methodologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT or scientific industries, including the latest trends and roles in demand.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software, databases, and job boards.
