This role is all about winning and converting new business opportunities
Providing exceptional leadership to sales teams
Build channel partners and sales specialists to fully leverage our clients products and offerings
Implement effective bid strategies/ work with Bid teams
The Ideal Candidate : My client is looking for a polished Sales Director/ head of sales who comes from a FM , Facilities Management background where they understand the soft services from Waste Management offering , highways, grounds and fleet.
You will need to have a proven sales track record, a proven leadership background ,negotiation and presentation skills , strategic thinker with great innovation
