Your new role

As a Temporary Customer Services Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team and ensuring smooth operations within our office. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Interaction:
  • Handling incoming calls and emails from clients, providing excellent customer service.
  • Assisting clients with property-related queries, appointments, and general enquiries.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Managing administrative duties efficiently.
  • Assisting with property documentation, including contracts, tenancy agreements, and property listings.
  • Coordinating property viewings and arranging appointments.
  • Feedback and Improvement:
  • Proactively seeking feedback from clients to improve our service levels.
  • Identifying areas for process enhancement and suggesting improvements.


What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in customer service or administration is essential.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.Knowledge of the property and estate industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
