Since 2014, the company has focused on developing and deploying innovative video analytics products. In 2018, they expanded their portfolio to include video redaction solutions, working with consultants across Europe and North America to penetrate key markets. Over the past five years, their products have been successfully deployed in 14 countries, solidifying their reputation as a leader in video redaction technology.
Role Overview: The company is seeking an experienced and driven Head of Sales/Partnerships to join their team. This role is pivotal in driving the company’s growth by building and nurturing partnerships across their suite of Analytics and Compliance Products. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in partnership development and be proactive, dedicated, and results-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers to ensure product relevance and appeal.
Identify and target high-quality partnership and relationship opportunities across various industries.
Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts to create mutually beneficial outcomes.
Ensure seamless product delivery through partner channels and support technical and business inquiries.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver compelling products and propositions that resonate with clients and partners.
Convert leads into customers, utilizing digital platforms effectively.
Enhance sales revenue by further automating company processes.
Maintain a customer-first approach, ensuring an exceptional user experience.
Leverage SaaS sales expertise to navigate multi-stakeholder environments and execute a highly efficient customer acquisition process.
Keep high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Travel as needed to meet with partners and represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Identify root causes of challenges and oversee process improvements.
Develop comprehensive customer experience metrics to capture the 'Voice of the Customer.'
Map, develop, and optimize end-to-end prospect journeys, addressing all stages of the buying process.Desired Skills and Experience:
MUST HAVE experience within Video Redaction and selling into the Security Industry
10+ years of demonstrable experience in partnership and strategic alliance development.
Strong passion for customer-centric sales.
Solid commercial and technical background.
Proven experience in selling SaaS solutions across various regions and markets.
Excellent technical and communication skills.
Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).Benefits:
Base salary of £80,000 per year; OTE of £120,000.
Flexible work-from-home policy.
25 days of holiday plus bank holidays.Location: This role requires a blend of office presence in Milton Keynes and remote work
