My client is looking for ambitious, passionate and entrepreneurial Sales Development Executives who are looking to build their career in sales.
As a Sales Development Executive, you will be joining an innovative SaaS technology company and a winning team where you will receive ongoing sales development training and coaching. Candidates must be able to demonstrate some B2B sales experience, whether it be telesales, outbound sales or door to door sales.
As a Sales Development Executive, you will have a strong work ethic with a real desire to win and demonstrate resilience and tenacity with excellent listening skills and understand empathy as much as you can talk and convert leads.
You will be part of a fun and motivated team and able to build a good rapport with your colleagues and clients, be naturally goal-orientated, and competitive and have a strong work ethic with excellent communication skills.
You will be highly resilient and keep on going, even when it gets hard whilst also managing an end-to-end sales cycle from cold call to close, with additional training.
Capable of bringing software platforms to life with informative online demos, be naturally goal-orientated, competitive; a will to succeed and win as well as being a strong team player.
Duties
* 75% of this role will be cold calling companies to introduce them to, and get them excited about our companies’ unique proposition, the remaining time you will follow up on leads generated via marketing, primarily senior business decision makers and HR/in-house talent teams
* Confident with training, to conduct online demos and miscellaneous tasks like managing live website chat and updating the CRM daily.
* Highly organised and confident with further training to manage an end-to-end sales cycle from cold call to closing
