*Clinic Manager, Stoke on Trent*

Veincentre has an exciting new opportunity for a Clinic Manager to join our amazing team. We are a Sunday Times Best Companies 2024 to Work For and this is a fantastic opportunity to join the UK’s largest provider of varicose and thread vein treatments, at a time when our business is growing.

*The Role:*

Based primarily at our Head Office, in you will manage 6-8 small clinics remotely. You will lead the planning and delivery of your clinics to ensure patients receive the highest quality of care and experience and the region functions efficiently and effectively in all operational areas. Lead and effectively manage a team of Administrators, Patient Advisors and Nurses to ensure excellent patient care.

*What you'll need:*

*Operations Management*

· Liaise with Consultants as necessary to ensure sufficient dates are secured.

· Oversee audit outcomes and take lead responsibility for ensuring successful actions are implemented

· Drive the implementation of new processes to drive quality improvements

Oversee the facilities management of your clinics ensuring that cleaning, waste management, property maintenance and IT issues are managed and resolved in a timely manner

· Provide out of hours support from time to time in emergency situations

*Patient Experience*

· Oversee the preparation of medical notes, ensuring that all relevant paperwork is prepared and ready for your clinics.

· Communicate with patients via telephone & e-mail, being a role model to your team, prioritising a positive patient experience at all times

· Report and follow up of all adverse incidents and complaints according to the company guidelines and protocols

*People Management*

· Assist in the recruitment of new staff within your team, ensuring they receive the necessary training and support in line with company requirements.

· Manage and lead a team of Patient Advisors and Clinical Administrators ensuring efficiency, productivity and high standards of work across all areas of the role

· Manage Nurses across your clinics ensuring regular communication, support and liaison regarding any operational issues

*Previous Experience*

· Previous experience working in an operational role. Within a healthcare setting would be an advantage, but is not essential as full training will be given.

· Experience of effectively managing a team to achieve agreed targets. Experience of managing a remote team would be an advantage.

*Knowledge, Skills & Abilities*· Exceptional organisation skills to manage an array of different tasks.· Excellent customer service skills, written and verbal communication.· Highly organised, able to work methodically with high level attention to detail· Strong IT skills, able to use all Microsoft Office applications and other systems/databases· Able to build and maintain exceptional relationships with colleagues and patients· Ability and willingness to travel from time to time, within region and across the UK.
