Are you dedicated to enhancing the clinical care experience for our elderly residents while promoting a fulfilling lifestyle?

We are seeking an individual who is energetic, personable, and embodies kindness and compassion. A natural leader who exemplifies the highest standards of care is essential. Ideally, you will be RGN qualified with approximately five years of experience, although prior experience in a care home environment is not mandatory. What truly matters to us are your values, as we strive to become the premier care home in the area.

At our luxurious, purpose-built care home, we provide Nursing, Residential, Dementia, and Respite care for up to 60 residents. You will play a pivotal role in our organization, ensuring that our residents and their families feel secure, well-cared for, and supported throughout their journey, from initial assessment to daily living.

No two days will be alike as you collaborate with our dedicated team, residents, their families, healthcare professionals, and the local community. If you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can utilize your skills, knowledge, and passion to make a meaningful impact, we would love to hear from you.

Position Details:

  • Role: Assistant Clinical Manager (RGN)
  • Salary: £47,500 per annum
  • Benefits:
