As a qualified RGN with approximately five years of experience, your background in a care home environment is beneficial but not mandatory. What truly matters are your values, which will help us maintain our status as the premier care home in the area.

Our luxury care home is designed to provide Nursing, Residential, Dementia, and Respite care for up to 60 residents. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our residents and their families feel secure, well-supported, and cared for throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure the highest quality of care is delivered to all residents.
  • Foster relationships with residents, families, and the local community.
  • Participate in assessments and daily living support.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual salary of £47,500.
  • Pension scheme.
  • 5.6 weeks of annual leave.
  • Uniform provided.
  • DBS costs covered.
  • Onsite parking available.
