Site Sales Consultant
Based in Pluckley
Part-Time, Tuesday & Wednesday 9-5pm
Salary: Competitive
We are working with a bespoke property finance company to find a successful and proactive Site Sales Consultant to join their team in Pluckley. We're seeking a sales-driven, customer-focused professional with excellent communication skills and proven negotiation experience for this role.
What will you deliver?
Proactively sell New Homes, follow up leads and book viewing appointments.
Prepare the Show Homes for viewings.
Respond to all enquiries in a timely and appropriate manner.
Welcome visitors and accompany them round all site visits.
Update internal CRM systems and provide weekly reports.
Keep regular contact with all purchasers offering regular updates.
Sales progressions - liaise with purchasers, agents & solicitors to make sure sales are on track.
Ensure all personal information is managed in accordance with GDPR Guidelines.
Keep up to date with promotions and events.Essential/Desirable Characteristics:
New homes sales experience, not essential
Driving licence and access to own vehicle
Organised and have good attention to detail
Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and act on your own initiative
Able to communicate confidently at all levels
Proficient in IT skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel
Willing to go the extra mileYou will be working for a modern, forward thinking business; that believe the strengths, skills and personalities of their people are the key to the groups success.
