Farm Operative, Dorchester, £26,000
Do you have farming experience and are you located in Dorset?  This is a unique opportunity to embrace the outdoors as we approach summer and learn the ropes on a local farm in Bere Regis.  
Farm Operative Shift:
Monday – Thursday: 7am – 3pm
Friday: 7am - 1pm
*You’ll be required to work a few hours on a Sunday morning during harvesting.*
As Farm Operative you’ll benefit from:
Onsite training
Day shift hours
Free on-site parking
Progression opportunities
Paid overtime
As Farm Operative you’ll have:
Previous experience in a similar farming role (essential)
Have a full UK driving license (essential)
Previous Managerial experience (desirable)
Have a full understanding of agricultural ISO standards
Have a tractor or counterbalance forklift licence (desirable)
Be comfortable working outside, come rain or shine
Have a keen awareness for health and safety
As Farm Operative your responsibilities will include:
Use of harvesting and planting equipment
Maintaining grounds
Weeding, mowing and trimming the grass areas
General maintenance and painting
Driving the company van
