Belmont Recruitment are looking for Experienced CPN’s / RMN’s to work an NHS based position, within a specialist mental health recovery service located in the Harlow area, as part of the Essex Partnership University NHS Trust.
The service is currently looking for experienced CPN’s / RMN’s for a contract position working as a Band 6 Senior Community Mental Health Practitioner. Any clinical knowledge and experience of working in adult mental health units is preferred.
Purpose of the service;
* Manage a caseload of service users with moderate to severe mental health problems.
* Providing care and support to adults experiencing mental health difficulties that are impacting on their lives and daily functioning.
Duties will involve;
* Risk assessments.
* Managing own caseload.
* Clinical advice.
* Day-to-day support.
* Liaising with other services.
* Physical health checks.
* Work with MDT.
This position is a full-time working role – working 30 hours per week over 4 days (9 to 5).
Pay rates: £27.00 per hour.
The applicant must be a qualified CPN / RMN with previous experience.
